Rules and Regulations

The winner of “The Great Arkansas Talent Search” will be signed to a recording contract with Infrared Records, a complete album to be recorded by Infrared Studio Productions, a full professional photo shoot, marketing package and release on our label Infrared Records.


The winner will also receive $3,000.00.


Contestants must be between the ages of fifteen and forty, unless prior approval is given by The Great Arkansas Talent Search and its Producers.  All contestants must be registered and have completed the registration form prior to being admitted for audition.


The registration fee must be paid in full prior to being admitted for audition.  Contestants must have a prepared song without accompaniment ready for their audition.  Contestants making it to the next round must be available for the next round of auditions, or lose their place. No absences from subsequent rounds will be excused. This includes absences for any reason.  All contestants must conduct themselves in an orderly and honorable fashion at all times.  Any contestant displaying behavior that is deemed harmful or negligent by the producers will be dismissed from the contest immediately. The Great Arkansas Talent Search and its producers reserve the right to sole discretion in removing any contestant from the contest.  Any acts punishable by law will be prosecuted.


The Great Arkansas Talent Search and its producers reserve the sole right to the scheduling of all events in connection with the contest. Dates may be changed without notice.  The Great Arkansas Talent Search, its producers, and the duly appointed judges reserve the sole discretion in determining which contestants will be passed on to further rounds or dismissed from the competition. Decisions will be final, and will not be open to challenges or reconsideration.
